Who is FloorFile for?

Does it really work offline?
Yes — offline is a first-class design constraint, not an afterthought. The app installs to any phone or tablet, caches your working set, queues completed work in a local outbox, and syncs with full attribution when connectivity returns. Conflicts are surfaced for a human decision, never silently overwritten.
What does it cost?
FloorFile is in early access: you can create your plant and use it today, self-serve, with no credit card. Pricing will be announced before any plan limits apply, and early plants will hear it from us first.
Can we migrate from an existing system?
A dedicated migration pipeline exists for structured imports — checks, equipment, work orders, training records, documents and more, with per-record verification reports. Parts and vendors also import from CSV directly in the app.
Is it suitable for regulated environments?
Advanced modules cover NCR, change control, deviations & OOS investigations, lot genealogy and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signatures with audit trails. They're off by default and activate per-plant when you need them.
